What schools usually want to know before choosing a plan.
What happens after the 30 days?
You choose a paid plan to continue. If you don't, your account simply pauses — there's no automatic charge, and no card was required to start.
Can we change plans mid-term?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your billing adjusts from your next cycle.
What counts as a "pupil"?
Active, currently enrolled pupils — alumni and withdrawn pupils don't count toward your plan's limit.
Do you charge per staff member?
No — every plan includes unlimited staff accounts.
How do we pay for our subscription?
Bank transfer or card. An invoice is available on request for school accounting records.
Do you offer a discount for school associations?
Yes — get in touch if your school is a member of a recognised association such as NAPPS.
